Senior Recruiter

Our enterprise client has a Permanent job opportunity for an experience Senior Recruiting to work in a very dynamic and stratgic Human Resources environment.

Candidate will be a sole contributor and manage the full life cyclel recruiting process for an established organization.

Extensive recruiting experience required and proven track record of success.

responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting strategy for select open positions across all the enterprise environment.

Post roles on relevant job boards (e.g.,Taleo, LinkedIn, Handshake, college job boards, diversity job boards)

Ensure recruitment strategy reinforces diverse and inclusive hiring practices

Collaborate with hiring managers and manage candidate and agency relationships and communications

Proactively source and identify candidates via LinkedIn and diversity recruiting tools

Identify and implement effective, competency-based candidate evaluation tools, including assessments

Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews

Interview candidates and provide hiring teams with feedback

Provide consultation, guidance and tools to hiring managers on best recruitment-related practices such as sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates

Collaborate and put offers together to talent.

Assist with new hire onboarding process leading up to their start date (e.g., background check updates, offering guidance to hiring teams on onboarding logistics)

Negotiate and manage contracts with recruitment-related vendors such as agencies, job boards, and Taleo

Maintain ongoing recruitment activity report; work with HR Analytics as needed

 
qualifications:
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 7 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors (required)

  • RECRUITING (5 years of experience is required)
