Administrative Assistant I

job summary:
Our client is looking to hire two Administrative Assistants for their growing team. In this role you will research lost or incorrect online customer orders. Supporting a Fortune 50 Company. Ideal candidate for this role must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Search Engine capabilities and detailed oriented and have outstanding communication and work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Delivery Orders for CLIENT and Grocery utilizing 3rd parties to deliver (e.g. door dash)
  • Source the list of suspected potential missing or incorrect orders
  • Contractor will search the order details to determine where order was dropped by the driver in comparison to the correct drop-off location (customer address)
  • Check against other available evidence including but not limited to proof of delivery photos sent by the driver indicating where the order was left physically
Skills needed:

  • Basic data entry and search engine capabilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Able to follow standard operating procedures
  • Able to work remotely

  • Partner with 3rd parties to resolve disputes after fact gathering and seek refunds for eligible orders based on prior research
  • Track refunds secured in a log for future auditing purposes
  • May provide other administrative tasks to assist with program
