Sr. HRIS Analyst

job summary:
  • Serve as a consultative technology partner to HR
  • Drive system requirements and design, manage projects and provide training for HRIS systems
  • Manage ADP Workforce Now system configuration, security and reporting
  • Responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, data quality and system maintenance for HR systems
  • Hands-on development and testing of data integrations
  • Participate in ad hoc projects including but not limited to employee engagement surveys and new technology evaluation and implementation
  • Drive continuous process and technology improvement

responsibilities:
  • BA/BS degree with a minimum of 7 years of HR systems experience
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience with ADP Workforce or Workday
  • Project management, cross-functional team collaboration and vendor management experience
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting ADP Workforce Now or Workday preferred
  • Experience with data integrations development
  • Experience with Tableau report development a plus
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented team player with ability to work independently and manage confidential information in a professional manner
