Sr. UX Designer

job summary:
As a UX Design Lead will be a part of a team that will uncover, highlight and advocate for the user's needs while integrating business strategies into an exceptional digital user experience. This individual will support the execution of design and usability of properties across an extensive portfolio. The team's mission is to revamp our digital products for internal and external clients to ensure they have a consistent and exemplary experience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with groups in technology, marketing and business operations to establish practices for designing positive end-to-end experiences at all user touch points.

- Oversee user experience across digital products.

- Develop user journeys across digital products.

- Inform product teams and business stakeholders of potential user experience pain points and risks.

- Provide recommendations for UX strategy and solutions.

- Gather and interpret stakeholder feedback to shape design solutions that meet both business and consumer needs.

- Create visual artifacts to articulate, inform and validate ideas (journey maps, personas, etc.).

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree, or relevant work experience in user experience, interaction and visual design for web and mobile apps.

- Eight years of experience in the digital space.

- Two years of experience leading large-scale projects.

- Experience with Sketch, InVision, Abstract and Adobe design tools.

- Experience with CSS, HTML5 and JavaScript development tools.

- Experience with Miro and Microsoft Teams collaboration tools.

- Record/portfolio in user-centered design processes, site map creation, information architecture, user personas, wireframes, flows, etc.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to work on complex challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of various factors.

- Understanding of Agile development processes/methodologies.

- Communication and relationship building skills to guide team members and groups across the global organization.

- Change management skills to adapt to and lead other in changing and ambiguous environments.

- Understanding best practices in web accessibility.

For Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $25.00/hour.
