We are currently sourcing for a Jira Align Analyst & Administrator to work in Smithfield, RI!
You will blend knowledge of agile execution and planning with a passion for solving problems and implementing tools supporting the business organization as part of the Operations, Planning & Strategy (OPS) team. The objective of this role is to lead adoption and administration of Agile delivery management and reporting tools to ensure support of Agile practices and standardization. As a change agent, you will be instrumental in leading, influencing and executing against the agile tool's roadmap. We are committed to continuous improvement and best in class support during the engagement, onboarding and ongoing management of these tools by capturing and understanding end user needs, solving their issues and helping to ensure that the tools' usage and data follows the standards and taxonomy established by the central Agile management office.

Bring a detailed understanding of how to configure, integrate and administer data and projects within JIRA Align and JIRA while providing exception support to the end-user community

Work with Agile and planning leads to identify, define, and coordinate Agile tools and their deployment to ensure work aligns with organizational strategic goals and roadmap
Develop domain expertise and a deep knowledge of the tools, understand how they are to be used by agile teams, and support standard methodologies to ensure rapid deployment and adoption of Jira Align
Utilize a structured, focused, and data-centric process to identify root cause and solve problems across tools
Mitigate impediments that may impact successful product management and administration
Build procedures and train associates on standard methodologies related to tool and data use
Partner with enterprise, business and technology teams to ensure organizational readiness and ongoing support
Continuously incorporate feedback as someone who can easily step into the customers' shoes with passion to craft optimal experience
Effectively communicate progress to senior leaders through presentations that communicate project and portfolio status and plans
