Pay Rate: $40/hr+

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages financial and operational expense planning, projections and budgeting process, including data management, analysis and reporting.
  • Perform variance analysis to budgets and forecasts and communicate outcome and make recommendations to Senior Management.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and engages key stakeholders to deliver improvement in the accuracy and effectiveness of expense planning processes.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data.
  • Handle, sort, convert and migrate large set of data in various financial systems and templates.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are in compliance with professional and regulatory standards and recommend new policies as necessary.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reports as needed.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience.
  • Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
