Director of SEC Reporting

job summary:
Fast growing global energy company is looking for a Director of SEC Reporting. You will be working with their world-class elite team to growing the organization globally.

Responsibilities:

  • All aspects, including preparation, accurate reporting and filing of SEC reports including Forms 10K, 10Q, 8K.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP accounting, including XBRL reporting.
  • Implement required disclosures for ASC 606, revenue recognition and ASC 842
  • Lead a quarterly reporting schedule, including Disclosure Committee review and present reports to the Audit Committee.
  • Analyze, research and conclude on new and proposed accounting, reporting and disclosure standards.
Requirements:

  • BS degree
  • CPA
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Experience with manufacturing/biotech industry a plus but not required
