PURCHASING COORDINATOR NEEDED
Massively growing company in White Plains, NY is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their growing department. The ideal candidate will have an Accounts Payable background with about 2-3 years of experience within a similar role.
- Order supplies, inventory, equipment, and services for multiple sites.
- Track and manage Purchase Orders to maintain them in good standing.
- Review Purchase Requests and process orders daily
- Work with Accounts Payable department and Plant Operators
- Be a liaison between Operations/Field personnel and Vendors
- Associated degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable
- Excellent organizational skills, record keeping, attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Experience working within Microsoft Excel
