Risk Analyst

  • Administration of General Liability, Property and Auto claims for the states of California, Arizona, Nevada & Texas.
  • Help with the communication and coordination of all claims with Stores and Logistics.
  • Coordinate the reporting of all incident data to our third party administrator for metric reporting.
  • Provide required information to third party adjusters in a timely fashion.
  • Review and address all important Insurance & Claims related mail in an expeditious manner.
  • Speak with Claimants and assist with the investigation of claims as required.
  • Write correspondence and other documents as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Participate in district Safety Lead calls regarding Risk Management topics.
  • Assist with general office duties (filing, handle incoming calls/emails, fax documents, mail out packages, make copies and other duties as assigned by Claims Manager).
  • Review in-house settlement requests and liability assessment with Claims Manager.
  • Assist with requests from Claims Manager and or Team Lead (Customer Safety Coordinator).

Skills

  • 1-3 years Insurance Company or Third Party Insurance Adjuster experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years of general office experience for a fast-paced medium to large size organization
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
