Maintains all project administrative mail.
Handles all project administrative duties, including statistics.
Runs exclusion reports.
Maintains affidavit statistics.
Maintains work paper files.
May have limited client contact in support of project tasks, or as back-up
to Project Manager.
Prepares claims for processing.
Returns claimants emails and phone calls.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and detail orientated.
Computer software knowledge required, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong ability to access and efficiently use various databases.
Strong focus on customer service.
Must be able to work independently and exercise judgment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Bachelor's degree (BA) in Finance, Economics or Legal studies; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in a Corporate environment preferred.
Experience that illustrates the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
