Position supports the Investment Operations & Governance and Dispositions Team as well as other areas under the TH Real Estate COO as needed. This role contributes to the overall success of the team by providing ongoing junior level analyst and administrations support. Primary responsibilities are to support the operational day to day duties the two teams are responsible for. All tasks, responsibilities and assignments must be completed with the highest level of quality and confidentiality. The ideal candidate should have an exceptional level of customer service and problem solving skills, the ability to work well in teams, manage change and possess excellent communication skills.


- Running and preparing quarterly compliance reports

- Running, preparing and analyzing investment and governance reports

- Interface with the Property Managers to ensure compliance to policies and procedures

- Manage the Policies and Procedures to ensure consistency and timeliness of changes

- Oversee the IT entitlement functions

- Updating/Maintaining team and 3rd party SharePoint sites

- Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives

- Coordinating team meetings, miscellaneous presentations, training sessions and other team events and activities

- Scheduling meeting rooms/audio-visual conference calls/recordings/catering if requested

- Assist in the payment of bills, if requested

- Addressing general employee questions and inquiries

- Compiling information and populating PowerPoint presentations

- Assistance with on-boarding new hires and off-boarding departing team members, if requested

- Assisting the group with invoicing and billing and other duties as needed


Required Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Proficiency in MS-Office Professional: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and ability to work in a teaming environment

- Ability to maintain high integrity and confidentiality

- Team player, self-starter, flexible with time

- Ability to travel as required (less than 5% of the time)

- Ability to step outside of the scope and accountability of principal responsibilities
