Growing company in Middlesex County is looking for a Sales Administator

  • Completed and signed credit application, customer financials/tax returns (if required), purchase order, verification of internal price calculation sheet, credit application,
  • Application for financing, credit approval, invoice prep sheet, copies of check/cash deposits invoice/used bill of sale, delivery ticket, work orders,
  • Credits/reversals of rental or rental purchase prior billing, purchase order,
  • Secure contract, computer costing print out of unit sold and company purchase order.
  • Finance contract and insurance verification form. Used bill of sale on trade, assignment of rental (if applicable) ./ Submit and maintain credit approvals.
  • Maintain communication with Sales staff .
  • Conduct Lien Searches ./ Preparation of all paperwork for financing up to and including typing PO, warranty, financing contracts, title/MSO, insurance verification form, amortization for loan, used bill of sale
  • Submit contracts for payment, track documentation to insure funding. providing any additional documentation required.
  • Distribute necessary financing documents internal personnel.
  • Maintain Pending Deal List/ Provide support to Salesman: customer info, prior deals, current programs, financing questions.
