Manager of Business Finance

job summary:
A Richmond Health System is seeking a full time Finance & Business Manager.

This position will lead a team of 5 people and be responsible for accounting, reimbursement and regulatory compliance. Will support contract negotiations and Medicare reimbursement calculations.

Working in business and decision analytics, financial planning and management, budget, procurement, general business operations. Compliance with governmental rules and regulations are met and followed by staff.

Develop and produce financial reports from collaboration with IT & Finance. Work with administration and staff in the development of new programs.

REQUIRED

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting: operations management, financial management, and cost accounting

At least 5 years in finance or accounting and experience with spreadsheets and reporting software. One year of experience in healthcare. Experience working with the transplant department.

Experience in data analysis, contract negotiations, compensation, payroll, administration, process improvement, revenue cycle and regulation compliance.

PREFERRED

Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration.

CPA, CMA, CHFP or FHFMA

Management and Project Management experience.
