Treasury Analyst/Staff Accountant

job summary:
Treasury Analyst/Staff Accountant:

  • Responsible for administering all aspects of bank services and serving as main contact with bank.
  • Submit ACH and wire payments and desktop check deposits to bank.
  • Notify Credit department of returned deposits and assist in resolution, incoming wires.
  • Daily reconciliation of bank and ledger cash and loan accounts, cash forecasting.
  • Bank fee analysis and reporting.
  • General Ledger entries. Monthly account reconciliations.
  • Import daily commission invoices and process month end commission settlement.
  • Prepare financial reports for senior management and department heads.
  • Responsible for maintaining financial forecast models and assist in the development of the annual budget and provide audit support during annual financial audit.
  • Assist in month end close process.
  • File sales and use tax reports.
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working in SAP or similar ERP system.
  • BA in Accounting.
  • Two to three years of experience in Accounting, preferable in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple threads of work.
  • Solid problem-solving and teamwork skills.
