Talent Acquisition Partner

job summary:
A fortune 100 consumer goods company, is currently seeking a dynamic and process driven Talent Acquisition Partner for an immediate long term contract opening. The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a partner to the business in identifying, engaging, assessing and on boarding top talent. This is a long term engagement through May of 2019.

Talent Acquisition Partner responsibilities include:

  • Initiate, develop and execute comprehensive, compelling sourcing strategies that attract top talent within various business lines and fields
  • Full cycle recruiting across all functions and geographies of the business
  • Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple functions and works continuously to remain informed on client group
  • Serves as a SME and resource to hiring managers on external market conditions, and all aspects of the recruitment process including compliance, sourcing, recruitment marketing, interview & selection, and offer negotiation
  • Partners effectively with hiring managers to determine staffing solutions and identify, engage, assess and onboard talent
  • Delivers against determined KPI's and SLA's
  • Manages candidate flow and ensures a positive experience at all stages of the recruitment process
  • 30% travel within the state of Florida for site visits and outreach events (Job fairs, networking events in etc.)
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with concentration in Business, Psychology or Human Resources is highly preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of combined recruiting experience in agency and corporate TA environments (Executive Search / headhunting experience is a plus)

- Minimum of 3 years of experience sourcing passive talent in CPG and or Manufacturing / Distribution environments - exposure to high volume exempt and hourly Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain recruiting is required.

- Must have a professional sales disposition with experience cold calling and direct sourcing passive talent

- Must have experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers at all levels of the organization

- Must have a demonstrated track record of success managing multiple deliverables and client groups in a fast-paced environment

- Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement experience - green or yellow belt certification is a plus

- Intermediate to advance level proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- 3+ years' experience working with various ATS and CRM tools.

- AIRS, NAPS, ASA or other similar recruiting credentials

Scope:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a partner to the business in identifying, engaging, assessing and onboarding top talent.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Full cycle recruiting across all functions and geographies of the business

o Identifies staffing drivers in assigned client groups and works with hiring managers to develop staffing plans

o Ensures timely and accurate documentation in the ATS

- Supports enterprise level TA initiatives and helps to drive innovation and process improvement within the function

- Supports various recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives

- Leads assigned recruiting projects

- 30% travel within the state of Florida for site visits and outreach events (Job fairs, networking events in etc.)

Must be an experienced recruiter who has done full cycle for 3+ years for large organization Combination of corporate and agency experience is highly preferred
