Project Program Manager II

job summary:
Creates & executes project plans and revises when appropriate to meet changing needs/requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns responsibilities. Manages day to day operations of the project.

Purpose: Manage and participate in tasks that support a System Role Based Access Mapping Process and / or other Oversight Projects

Manage and participate in executing on a project to create Role Based Access that reduces the number of "individualized" access roles. Analyze existing system access information and look for opportunities to create common system access-mapping roles. In addition, create a process to handle exceptions (people who need additional non "core" access). Other duties as assigned.

Description: This role will support Line of Business projects. There will be set timelines to complete these tasks, and the expectation is that the "end product" can be sustained once the project ends.

Key areas of focus include:

- Strong Project Management skills- managing to tight deadlines

- Strong Leadership skills - able to lead discussions and initiative expectations with multiple levels of management

- Strong Communication skills (varying depending upon need, email, phone, face to face)

- Strong Controls - deliver transparency through tracking of materials, approvals and reporting

- Ability to analyze and manipulate data in a spread sheet

- Productivity Improvement - eliminate additional manual work and determine opportunities for simplification

The individual must be focused on completing tasks on time while producing a quality product that always has the "end-users" in mind
