Do you have 10+ years of recruiting experience? Do you continually optimize recruitment function by driving creative sourcing strategies, building partner relationships, improving cultivation practices & candidate experiences and improving tools and internal procedures?

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Director in the NYC market!

What you will do:

  • Build relationships with candidates to understand their key motivations and assess fit. Work with key internal stakeholders to design the closing process; answer candidates' questions regarding offer terms and benefits
  • Learn and use our Applicant Tracking System to administer candidates and deliver analytical and data-driven reports
  • Train and assist hiring managers and interviewers throughout the process (scheduling and preparing interviews, providing relevant feedback, identifying the right person for the position)
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent

qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform day-to-day recruiting in all functions of the business while leading and executing on broader talent strategies
  • Prior experience in building a recruiting infrastructure for rapidly growing organizations, including process, strategy, metrics and systems.
