Client Sales Assistant

job summary:
Add and update customer entities (add, maintain merge) within our CRM system related to the current firm priorities and Distribution initiatives - conferences, platform launches and marketing campaigns

Perform adhoc searches and analysis based on sales requests

Complete daily matching of transactions to financial advisors, using information provided and gathered through firm files, independent research via internet and phone

Communicate with internal and external data providers and customer firms to resolve various data errors that occur in the trade resolution process

Qualifications 4 year College degree Verbal and written communication skills - ability to represent company within the industry Previous CRM and data update and maintenance experience, ideally working within Distribution/Sales area of a firm Highly detail-oriented Self-motivated and highly organized Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities Proficient in MS Office products SQL and Tableau experience is a plus
