Customer Service Administrator

job summary:
We have partnered with a manufacturing company in the Hartford area that has an immediate need for a Customer Service Administrator to be responsible for high volume inbound calls in a technical assistance call center.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Relaying or escalating information the necessary department or manager
  • Enter Data into Service Information Systems
  • Provide telephone support to managers
  • Handle high volume calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries and billing questions
  • Process time and expense reports
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations, department meetings, and recording meeting minutes
The ideal person will have excellent verbal and written communication, as well as clerical skills. Being systems savvy, including experience within Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access and SAP and SIS are highly preferred.
