  • This is a contract position scheduled for 2 months.
Project Coordinator - Job Duties:

  • Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the smooth organization and successful execution of assigned marketing projects, which can include putting together presentations, building content, meeting with leaders to gather information, etc.
  • Participates on project teams under the leadership of the Marketing Director. Works with product leaders, markets and vendors to execute and manage projects; keeps track of project plans in a timely manner and initiates next steps until project reaches intended outcome.
  • Works closely with Marketing Director and other colleagues for smooth transition of open projects. Maintains a detailed scheduled for each project of all essential activities and deadlines.
  • Adapts details as necessary in the course of the preparation of the project and alerts Marketing Director of changes. Coordinates with Marketing Director to ensure the completion of project-specific requirements at the assignment meeting.
  • Works with Product Leaders, other marketers or sponsor when appropriate to coordinate activities conforming to rules and regulations under the direction of the Marketing Director.
  • Works with sponsors towards optimal execution of agreements; includes providing information on project specifics, services and obtains necessary documentation; requests, coordinates and orders exhibit equipment and services.
Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Marketing functional experience - coordinating marketing programs or tactics, doing product marketing, etc. is preferred
  • Strong writer, who can articulate thoughts clearly on paper and in conversations
  • Strong PowerPoint and Word skills - can design slides and use those slides to tell a story; Prior experience putting together presentations is critical
  • Detailed oriented and executes projects on-time; often exceeding expectations
  • Has critical thinking skills and is able to work independently and maneuver through a matrixed-organization
  • Strong healthcare customer, patient and market orientation
  • Strong knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Compensation: $26.00-$28.25/hr

Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes and technology Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
