I'm looking for a team player Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for increasing operational visibility through analysis and reporting, facilitating budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing financial support to internal departments.

Looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis who has experience managing a FP&A team for a company with $250MM+ in revenue.

The ideal Director of Financial Planning & Analysis should have :

  • 10+ years effectively managing FP&A teams
  • 10+ years experience in FP&A or Finance positions
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA or CPA is a plus
  • Big Four Accounting / Investment Banking experience is a plus
  • Able to drive change in a positive manner
  • Outstanding analytical skills and proven ability to simplify large amounts of data into actionable form
  • Good communication and presentation skills through all levels of the organization
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite products. Adaptive budgeting software experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
  • Ability to hold others accountable in fair and transparent manner
  • Travel in the US up to 30%

  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Pass both a background check and pre-employment drug test

  • 10+ years effectively managing teams
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA or CPA is a plus
