Territory: Seattle, WA

One of the largest providers of logistics and transportation solutions, has a key opportunity for a Regional Sales Representative to focus on managing the Global Transportation Solutions throughout the Pacific Northwest. The focus will be selling to all sectors within the region. Our clients' approach enables global shippers to streamline the process of delivering products overseas while increasing efficiencies and reducing expenditures related to global transportation. The initial focus of this position will be to develop solid relationships with major importers, exporters, and global freight forwarders throughout the territory. The focus will be on growing existing business as well as hunting business development opportunities with new clients.

We are interested in aggressive, self-starters who are strong relationship builders with a proven track record of hiring, training, and mentoring teams that exceed goals.

Requirements:

Evaluating and qualifying potential new clients, determining and developing sales strategies for particular target accounts, and planning and executing a collective sales effort to address the new target accounts will all be key responsibilities of this role. Ideal candidates will have a solid 10 + years of proven management experience within the ocean freight carrier sector.

Compensation / Benefits:

Excellent Base Salary, Bonus + commission roll-out, new company vehicle every 36 months, 10% match on 401K, Blue Cross / Blue Shield- PPO Medical/Dental Benefits, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement.
