job summary:
Sourcing Specialist

Responsible for ensuring an appropriate candidate pipeline is generated for open requisitions. Act as "go-to" resource for all sourcing, internet, local market, industry intelligence team support. Identify, source and recruit qualified candidates. Work with hiring managers, group leaders and key stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and develop strategy to meet hiring goals. Must have prior recruiting experience, experience in client management and experience utilizing internet, social media and internal databases for developing candidate pipelines. Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience, be detail and customer service oriented and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
