HRIS Support Administrator

job summary:
Job Duties

  • System support for Recruiter and Manager Talent Acquisition process/system questions
  • Respond to candidate inquiries/application system questions regarding Talent Acquisition systems and processes
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as rerouting approvals, password resets and resending system generated emails
  • Act as first level support for Talent Acquisition systems troubleshooting
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition/HR Operations leads on recruiting process

Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor is essential
  • Recruiting process knowledge preferred
  • Understanding of Talent Acquisition systems (Success Factors Recruiting and Onboarding preferred but not required)
  • Administrative experience within an applicant tracking system or HR system preferred
