This is a very unique opportunity because the owner - who has been doing all the sales, business development and networking while running the business operations - sees the need for someone to help with the sales efforts and he'll introduce you to all his happy clients to help jumpstart the process.
- Experience doing outside sales in the home furnishing space is pretty critical to this role - floor coverings, window coverings, wall coverings, etc.
- Driven to succeed sales aptitude but not a hard-closer attitude
- Confident enough to see the big picture earnings potential
- Creative, energetic and anxious to produce results from your efforts
He's willing to do a ramped comp plan that will have a salary of ~$3K/month for the first three months that will convert to a draw against full commission sales after 90 days. He's paying 1/3 of GP on sales of any of their products. Commissions are paid on 15 th of every month on prior months sales.
What's the potential? Potentially - based on current sales only - about $8K+/month is realistic BUT there is NO cap on how much you can earn!
Another very important part of this is he's really looking for someone that would like to have an opportunity to gain some equity in the business... perhaps even buy it at some point.
