Print Production Coordinator

job summary:
Print Production Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

Coordinates print production and fulfillment functions for members providers prospective members and providers and internal clients in order to meet contractual obligations of our government-sponsored health care programs

Coordinates all print and fulfillment projects

Initiates requests for bids and develops print specifications

Generates effective communications Maintains good relations and a positive image with suppliers and co-workers Promotes courtesy objectivity and fairness

Responsible for reviewing invoices quotes and monthly billing

Generate cost comparison reports as needed

Analyze inventory reports and compare against forecasts to determine reprint quantities

Facilitate inventory meetings and provide a formal recap to all interested parties

Review usage and low stock reports with budget managers

Completes all departmental reports/updates by noted deadlines

Participates in or handles special projects and reports as assigned by Manager

Provide support to markets and sales staff with regard to print and fulfillment

Acts as a subject matter expert in print and fulfillment for the development of business rules

Develops and maintains kit matrices

Reviews statements of work for accuracy

Manages vendor performance to meet and/or exceed our expectations

Reviews test and live output from vendors to ensure accuracy of programming on vendor side

Maintain vendor action registers and facilitate weekly action register calls with vendors/stakeholders-Participate in Enrollment calls to ensure file delivery and/or issues and concerns

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

An Associate's Degree in a related field required---or equivalent work experience (2 additional years' experience without degree) Required

3+ years of experience in print production and fulfillment required

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field Preferred

Demonstrated project management skills Intermediate

Ability to multi-task Ability to multi-task and work within timelines Intermediate

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities Intermediate

Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines Intermediate

Other Ability to work with and push back on vendors Intermediate

Other Ability to conduct and track budget expenses Intermediate

Other Ability to organize schedules and documents under pressure Intermediate

Understanding of an Oracle-based purchase order management system a plus Intermediate Technology

Microsoft Access Understanding of an Oracle-based purchase order management system a plus Beginner Required

Microsoft Excel Proficient in Microsoft Office including Access

Microsoft Word Intermediate Required

Microsoft PowerPoint Intermediate Required
