Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people.
The Recruitment Services & Onboarding coordinator is responsible for supporting Recruitment & Onboarding processes for all geographic markets across all lines of service.The role will interface daily with our clients, candidates, new joiners, vendors and contractors in a professional and empathetic manner that is consistent with the brand and great place to work initiatives.

The coordinator will work on assignments requiring analytical and/or problem solving capabilities, change agility and attention to detail.
Ability to manage escalations, provide oversight of onshore & offshore team members, manage stakeholders to leverage knowledge into actionable tasks.
Will be providing support in the RS&OB Compliance area with a focus on Exit Interviews.
Respond/coordinate response to new hire pre-start inquires in an accurate and timely manner; consult with Recruitment Services & Onboarding Manager and/or other groups as necessary.
Specific technical expertise in sourcing and recruiting process, sourcing and recruiting systems.
Possesses technical understanding of Onboarding/new hire protocols and related systems (i.e. PeopleSoft, G Suite and web technologies)
Ability to work with confidential data.
A 4 year degree is required.
