IP Administrative Specialist
A leading global business law firm is seeking a highly talented IP Administrative Specialist interested in supporting the Intellectual Property Group through a broad range of administrative activities.
This position is located in the Philadelphia office and a standard work schedule will be determined during the interview process. Relocation is available in accordance with the firm's policy.

Your typical day will be spent preparing documents for filing at the US Patent and Trademark Office and ensuring that the filing process is completed within assigned deadlines, preparing correspondence to clients and foreign associates and administrative and project work as assigned by the team.

- High School Diploma
- Some office and/or corporate experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- 3 years' office experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- IP experience
- Knowledge of patent and trademark prosecution
- Docketing software experience
- MS Word - Intermediate level skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
