The Marketing Director will be responsible for all strategy and initiatives of the Marketing Department. This person will be responsible for guiding our marketing team and evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing message, providing ongoing ROI analysis, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brand. Must be a fast learner and ready for growth. Heavy analytics and strategy VS design and data. To be considered for this position, a candidate will need a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications and proven experience in developing marketing strategy and analysis. They must be a highly-motivated problem solver that is comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and implement all components of the marketing strategy for new and existing projects (promotional calendars, campaigns, content, new product introductions, print, and digital media) - Analyze and provide ROI and analytics review on an ongoing basis - Work closely with the company's sales team; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools - Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines - Manage online presence and direct programs to improve reputation and recognition - Develop a marketing budget on an annual basis - Develop and deliver marketing and communication strategies for the organization - Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and trends - Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives - Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives - Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management

REQUIREMENTS - Bachelors or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications - Proven track record of success in marketing roles - Confident, driven and dynamic leader - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Wordpress and Adobe Creative Suite
