Corporate Tax Analyst

job summary:
The Corporate Tax Analyst will report directly to the VP of Tax for the company.

The company is a publicly traded international company with operations in Europe and Asia. They are growing and highly successful.

This position will assist in all Tax matters, with special projects frequently involving tax consequences of M+A activity. Transfer pricing is also covered by the team - knowledge of transfer pricing policy would be highly beneficial but not a deal breaker.

Preferred background and experience;

CPA

A mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry or 5 years straight out of public.

Experience in the range of 5-10 years ideal.

Strong in Tax Provisioning.
