Job Summary

  • Supports cross functional projects which impact product performance through identification, resolution, and ongoing product performance monitoring.
  • Partners with functional areas such as Operations, Sales, Provider Relations, Finance, and Regulatory to review product performance/effectiveness and determine actionable items to address (including resolving member/product issues and conducting ongoing training).
  • Supports the development of training tools to support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of product benefits and services.
  • Performs special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
  • Work experience: 1+ year of experience in healthcare and/or health insurance required
  • Experience in supporting projects in the following areas: Benefit Design, Benefit Management and/or Administration, Marketing and Sales, Strategic Planning, Marketing Management, and/or Project Management required
  • Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage, or consumer financials products experience preferred
Skills

  • Demonstrated project management skills - Intermediate
  • Demonstrated interpersonal/verbal communication skills - Intermediate
  • Demonstrated analytical skills - Intermediate
  • Demonstrated organizational skills - Intermediate
  • Ability to analyze information and covert related activities into a comprehensive work plan - Intermediate
