Our client seeks candidates for a Corporate Human Resources Recruiter position. This position will be part of a six person Human Resources team and report directly to the company's Vice President of Human Resources.

The Corporate HR Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of the recruiting function for a growing services organization located in the western suburbs of Berks County. This location is commutable from parts of Berks, Lebanon and Lancaster Counties.

This individual will work with hiring managers from the very early stages of the recruiting process (assisting with job descriptions) to interviewing candidates to the offer stage and on-boarding process. The Corporate HR Recruiter will be recruiting for a variety of roles within the organization as they continue to grow and expand. In addition to recruiting for experienced professionals, the Corporate HR Recruiter will assist in developing a pipeline for entry level positions and internships. This will necessitate the Corporate HR Recruiter to build and maintain relationships with technical schools, colleges and universities.

Our client requires a candidate with a minimum of three years of recruiting experience.

Bachelors Degree is preferred but NOT required. Recruiting experience within the healthcare or services industries is preferred but not required.
