Job Description :

The Campus Recruiting Team supports the hiring needs of Early Talent programs. These programs hire over 1000 students into intern and full-time professional development programs each year which are sourced from over 50 undergraduate and MBA colleges and universities across the country. This role will support the early talent recruiting efforts.

Specifically, this person will assist with the back office operations of campus recruiting hiring initiatives. While this role supports the campus recruiting efforts, the work is operational and administrative in nature.

The campus recruiting environment is extremely fast paced and deadline focused. The successful candidate needs to thrive in an environment where work is performed quickly without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or customer service. The right candidate will be organized, a quick learner, have strong attention to detail and ability to focus on numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should be willing to work overtime.

responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities:

· Review applications and verify candidate eligibility in Recruiting Solutions applicant tracking system for requisitions that attract a high volume of candidates

· Properly disposition large volume of applicants in Recruiting Solutions and send associated candidate communications

· Process hire transactions for incoming interns and full-time hires, and provide on-boarding support and communications to managers

· Manage assigned requisitions including posting jobs, resume review, and selection documentation

· Manage administrative responsibilities for the campus recruiting team, including the candidate expense reimbursement process, facilitating candidate travel, and other relevant administrative tasks, as needed

· Provide support to campus team by utilizing the online campus systems to download resumes, enter interview pre-selects, and finalize interview schedules

· Partner with recruiting team to plan, coordinate and execute on-campus recruiting activities and on-site events

· Communicate with campus career centers to ensure all recruiting activities (job postings, information sessions, career fairs, interview days, etc.) are scheduled, planned and executed successfully

· Assist with additional campus recruiting related projects, as needed

Qualifications

· High energy; quick learner

· Ideal candidate would be highly motivated, driven, dependable, and self-directed

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

· Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands

· No HR experience required, but demonstrated interest in HR and recruiting preferred
