Reports To: Vice President of Marketing & Sales Operations

Job Location: Newark, NJ

The Marketing Manager will work closely with sales and management teams to adapt, analyze and implement effective business-to-business (B2B) marketing programs and initiatives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Vice President to set, implement, and achieve sales goals and objectives by executing the B2B marketing strategy

· Quantify and target market segments and monitor/analyze new and modified marketing program performance

· Plan, implement, and oversee advertising, marketing, and promotional programs

· Interpret lead and opportunity data and adjust marketing efforts accordingly

· Oversee relationships with agencies and other key vendors

· Creating, maintaining and updating company website content in WordPress

· Preserve and cultivate branding initiatives

· Measure and report results to executive management

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business

· Minimum 10 years of recent relevant experience

· Project management with proven ability to track, manage, and complete multiple projects within specified deadlines with minimum supervision or support

· Demonstrated success in B2B marketing

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including excellence in copy and content editing including the ability to read and write analytical reports

· Competency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Asana, NetSuite and WordPress; and knowledge of CRM systems

· Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Dropbox, ConstantContact, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey and LinkedIn
