A fast growing IT Asset Lifecycle Management service company that happens to be the premier, certified solution for secure data eradication located in Middletown, Ohio is looking for a Commercial Sales Rep that can offer clients peace of mind, knowing their company and their client's information has been protected from liability by the most advanced, most secure data destruction in the industry. We are looking for energetic, seasoned sales professional with strong communication skills, comfortable working in an office as well as a manufacturing floor. This position will pay a competitive base salary and feature a lucrative commission plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable and responsible enough to be the single point of contact for all your client's needs.
  • The ability to customize solutions to suit the needs of your clients business.
  • A trusted professional with your client's brand.
  • Create and implement a sales strategy that meets personal sales goals, as well as those set in place by the company.
  • Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity with our clients.
  • Coordinate with other members of the sales team and team leaders as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
  • Perform your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible, and maintain receipts for all job-related expenses and submit them to accounting.
Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably with knowledge of IT hardware and parts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • 4 year degree
