Communications Manager

job summary:
  • Responsible for planning, researching, writing and editing all needed communications for a complex business integration
  • Able to process information quickly and adapt rapidly to changing business needs and guidance.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Manage the development and execution of communications plans
  • Identify audience types, and critical messages for each
  • Incorporate the key messages of the integration strategy into all communications
  • Learn and use the organization's Brand Voice in all communications developed
  • Use multiple communications channels effectively to reach audiences both internally and externally
Channels include:

  • Internal and external newsletters, organizational announcements, press releases and/or marketing materials including print and electronic publications, website content, internal communications, public relations materials, advertising, multimedia and other related materials.
  • Provide support in planning, developing and executing employee meetings.

qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • At least 5 years of related experience
