Accounts Payable Manager
Rapidly growing Service Company in Rockland County is seeking an experience AP Manager.
Will be responsible for developing, automating and streamlining existing AP Processes.
This is a full time permanent opportunity that includes a competitive base salary and benefits package.

- Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Acts as a liaison between the company, government and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
- Assist with all aspects of the accounting department (during slow periods) including data entry, paying vendor bills, pulling and requesting backup information, issuing checks, obtaining all approvals and signatures and filing as needed.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
6+ years of accounts payable experience
At least 5 years of experience managing an accounts payable department
Experience with Dynamics software knowledge preferred.
