Assistant Controller Job Duties

As an Assistant Controller, you will primarily be responsible for day to day accounting functions such as payroll, tax compliance, reconciliations, and month end close, in addition to continuous process improvement projects.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, have a CPA or be in the process of attaining their certification, at least three years of relevant experience, and come from a construction or public accounting background. They should also be highly detailed, analytical, and tech savvy.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

MBA/Masters degree preferred

3-7 years of relevant experience

Construction or public accounting experience

Salary Range and Benefits

$70,000 - $80,000K
