Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description: Summary:

The Business Financial Support team is looking for someone at the Specialist level to fill this newly created role on the team. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook), ability to work with internal and external customers to resolve settlement related questions and issues, 1 to 3 years of accounting/finance experience, and payments industry experience (preferred).

Major Accountabilities:

- Assist the team with customer support related requests such as, processing adjustments, attaching chargeback documentation in MasterCom Pro, as well as researching and responding to customer support inquiries.

- Process Trust related adjustments

- Assist the team with daily chargeback and representment processing as needed

- Other tasks as assigned

Education:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of training and experience. MBA a plus, but not required

Knowledge / Experience:

- Knowledge of the card payments industry preferred

- Knowledge of accounting principles, treasury operations, and the payment operations industry

- Proven ability to analyze problems and offer solutions

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional partners

- Must be self-motivated and a good team player

- Excellent oral and communication skills

Compensation:$37.45/hr
