Digital Sales Development Representative

job summary:
Are you a dynamic Digital Sales Rep that is looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing international company based out of the UK? Randstad is conducting a search for a team player that has e-commerce experience with the ability to increase traffic to our clients website via email, marketing, social media, Facebook, paid search and pay per click. Candidates with this ability will not only receive a nice salary and benefits package but will also earn a very lucrative commission for their performance. This position is located in West Chester, Ohio and includes an excellent benefits package and company trips to the UK for ongoing training. The digital sales Rep will also have a Direct Reporting Line to the International Sales & Marketing Executive Director

responsibilities:
  • Responsible for generating sales and facilitating sales through the US store of the company e-commerce website
  • To sell the company's range of products and training packages through the US stores e-commerce website and be responsible for the full sales life cycle
  • Responsible for the analysis of data to optimize the increase of traffic to the US store of the company e-commerce website
  • Propose ways of improving the website including page layout and general website development ideas
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with Social Media content when required
  • Maintain own social media knowledge and trends for support to team
 
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • At least 5 years' experience working within digital sales
  • Experience and knowledge of online traffic streams
  • Experience in using CRM/e-commerce systems such as Magento is essential
  • A strong understanding and grasp of the digital online environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative team player
