Compliance Senior Associate

Compliance Senior Associate - Bloomfield, CT

  • This is a contract role expected to last 6 months.
Compliance Senior Associate - Job Duties:

  • Supports product development/maintenance activity, providing highly technical advice on language and regulatory issues.
  • Responsible for accomplishing all language development, issue resolution, regulatory approval and implementation in connection with the organizations products.
  • Lower level spends more time working on customer service/compliance issues and less time working on special projects or providing staff support.
  • Participates in a core group of individuals from quality, medical and operations to crafts new policies, procedure, and communications materials together.
  • Acts as compliance subject matter expert, adding compliance language.
  • Does not create policy.
  • Escalates issues to legal or manager for problem resolution.
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree required, fields of interest are finance, accounting, marketing, legal, compliance, management etc.
  • Typically has 2 years of compliance/regulatory experience or other relevant work experience.
  • Manager is not just looking for compliance background. The candidate can have insurance, finance and other relevant backgrounds.
  • College graduates with work experience are more than welcome to apply for the position.
Compensation: $15.00-$17.93/hr
