Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated finance professional to join WW Named Account (NA) Sales Finance team for a 9-month project. This is a Senior Financial Analyst Temp role reporting to NA Finance Analyst Manager. The position is primarily focused on developing a robust, scalable, efficient and well-documented WW NA Subscription Forecast through strong collaboration with the NA Finance Business partners, Finance director, and Corp finance team.

The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strength in financial aptitude, business intuition, communication & collaboration, excel savvy, process management & improvement, and is comfortable working with large sets of data from multiple sources. The individual will need to be able to absorb inputs from a large group of stakeholders, determine best practices, create one standardized tool, and then drive adoption of that tool across the global team.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with WW NA Finance business partners to drive subscription forecast accuracy through improved process/tools & increased collaboration with stakeholders.

- Clearly document the improved process, create runbooks for all tools/models related to the new process so that it is easily transferable to alternate users.

- Produce quarterly report out of the status of this project, including roadmap and key milestones tracking.

- Enhance process for consolidating subscription policy adjustment FCST & aligning with stakeholders on its impact to the Subs FCST.

- Streamline the subscription fcst tools to drive efficiencies and productive discussions around key FCST contingencies.

- Coordinate with FBPs & other stakeholders to develop scalable, well documented subscription reporting solutions as needed.

- Support quarter-end close processes & activities for subscription FCST which includes a daily forecast, quarterly business reviews (QBR), and other related analysis.

- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and establish & nurture strong partnerships.

- Recommend improvements to achieve and deliver better results.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA a plus)

- Minimum 3+ years of related experience - sales finance experience with tech company (preferably software)

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficient in PowerPoint

- Strong aptitude for and experience with financial software (e.g. Business Objects, Anaplan, Qlikview, SFDC, etc)

- Proven track record of managing large datasets with the ability to tackle complex issues

- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment as needed

- Highly energetic and self-motivated, capable of working to firm deadlines

- Enjoy working as part of a global team
