Responsible for booking and allocating cash in the sub-ledger system
Record and assist with maintaining the Cashbook Bank Reconciliations.
Assist with Aged Debt reporting
Contact brokers for collection of past due premiums
Ensure timely payments and receipts of broker invoices regarding insurance and reinsurance contracts
Maintain Bank Reconciliation files
Support development, maintenance and distribution of concise and accurate reporting of balances
Work with our Third Party Collection Agency to submit, track, and report trends regarding policies placed with the Agency
1-3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Cash Accounting experience
Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be advance in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
Bachelor's degree Accounting/Finance
