Job Summary

The Financial Business Analyst is responsible for developing and managing analytics, data and reporting across many different data points across the organization.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all entered data across multiple business lines is accurate and up to date
  • Prepare various operational reports daily, weekly, monthly, & yearly as requested by management.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail to deliver timely and accurate results
  • Combine data from multiple sources to assist in the analysis of assigned projects
  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to identify sales opportunities
  • Respond to Ad-hoc requests to support the Finance/Sales leadership team as needed
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related major required
  • 0-2 years of prior financial or business analysis experience.
  • Understanding of advanced Microsoft Excel tools including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Familiarity with SQL or Access knowledge required
  • Utilize problem solving skills to address any issues that arise within the department
  • Possess organization skills with the ability to multi-task & manage multiple deadlines
