Our client needs someone to manage all phases of the CPG (not food) product development lifecycle needs of the business, manage the relationships, negotiate contracts... but to do this you've got to have a strong background of working with China and going to China over multiple years. You need to have Been There and Done That versus simply have a desire to do it.
qualifications: You will have a small team to start with that will grow over time as you helped this established firm continue its strong growth track. You'll need to already have a strong background in product development, working with China and, preferably , a degree to go with it.
Salary range is expected to be somewhere between $130K - $150K+, depending on experience and skills. There's a modest bonus potential from profits along with excellent benefits... and you'll be working close to Mickey's house when you're not dining at the Dali Courtyard in Beijing.
