Excellent opportunity to join an established and growing company in the suburbs of Lancaster County that has continued to grow through expanding operations and new products / services. Based on growth, our client is seeking candidates for a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst level position.

This is a newly created position in which the hiring manager has a great deal of flexibility in potential candidate backgrounds. This would be an excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst with 2-4 years of experience or a Staff Accountant / Public Accounting professional who has started out in accounting and is interested in moving towards a role in Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting.

Responsibilities include-

  • Prepare the financial budget as it relates to operating expense and revenue budgets, including case projections, salary, supply, and other variable and fixed expenses.
  • Works with departments across the organization to obtain budget data. Communicates to Management regarding issues that may impact the budget.
  • Generate monthly reporting packages distributed to managers, directors, and executives. Analyze and monitor variance explanations.
  • Develop and provide variance reporting to meet the needs of managers, directors, and executives.
  • Prepare the company's quarterly financial forecasts
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of two years of Accounting and / or Financial Analysis experience is required, preferably out of a large organization / employer or out of a national or regional public accounting firm. Our client requires candidates with strong PC Systems skills (Excel, Access, etc.).
