Program Manager

Randstad is working with one of our favorite non-profits in DTLA on projects, as well as organizational strategic initiatives. They are looking for a Program Manager who can identifiy PM-related training needs and conducts trainings.

This individual will be a role model for integrity and will establish and maintain effective

professional work relationships, working collaboratively with all levels of management and

business owners to help guide the discipline of planning, organizing, securing, managing,

leading, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals.

responsibilities:
  • Under the general direction of the Director, Portfolio Management Office (PMO), the
  • Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of strategic and transformational enterprise wide programs and projects that are generally complex and llarge in scope. In this capacity, the Program Manager will work collaboratively withleadership, management and other stakeholders including Business Owner(s), Investment Review Board, intake and program/project teams and participate in program governanceand administration meetings as appropriate.
  • The Program Manager will synchronize thework of cross-functional project teams and provide direct or indirect oversight of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers across the organization. A key function of this position is to serve as the primary point of contact between executive leadership and theprogram team, engage all stakeholders and communicate the program's progress. The Program Manager is accountable for working with and facilitating processes to accomplish complex program objectives, managing change and resolving issues that span projectteams and departments by planning, organizing, directing and supervising program activities in a cost effective and productive manner to achieve strategic value and the organizational vision.
Education

Required:

High School Diploma

Preferred:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Major in Public Health, Health Care Administration, Project

Management or related discipline.

Experience:

Required:

With High School Diploma: At least 12 years of relevant Project Management, Program

Management, Health Care Administration, Research or Clinical field work experience in

an organizational setting.

Experience facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders

with different interests and priorities.

Experienced in vendor/contract management and negotiations.

Preferred:

With Associate's Degree: 9 years of Project Management, Program

Management, Health Care Administration, Research or Clinical field experience

in an organizational setting.

With Bachelor's Degree: 6-8 years of Project Management, Program

Management, Health Care Administration, Research or Clinical field experience in

an organizational setting.

With Master's Degree: 4 years of Project Management, Program

Management, Health Care Administration, Research or Clinical field

experience in an organizational setting.
