We are searching for an experienced Contracts Specialist/Administrator to work for one of our top tech clients in the San Bruno area.

  • Communicate effectively with a variety of departments within the company, and function well within a team framework.
  • Work on revisions, review contract summaries and SOWs, gather approvals, collect missing info/documents.
  • Answer internal customer inquiries on status, track info and processing procedures. Identify, investigate and clarify customer inquiries and issues.
  • Determine quick and efficient resolution.
  • Troubleshoot internal systems in order to drive timely and accurate SOW creation.
  • Create Addendums and opportunities to consolidate spending with best in class vendors
  • Draft and send documents to PMMs and Legal Team Members Provide guidance & instruction to internal customers on the marketing procurement process
  • Research and resolve contracts & SOW-related inquiries
  • Work on standard and non-standard SOWs and contracts Research, report and analyze data for various projects (e.g. to reduce SOW or PO volume through vendor roster-ization, contract restructuring, and consolidation with best in class vendors)
  • Assist with department administrative tasks as needed (e.g. making sure contracts/ forms are returned to customers and made available internally in a timely manner).
  • Serve as a single point of contact for the resolution of all SOW processing questions and issues for assigned Product Marketing Managers. Work on special projects as required.
  • Process Improvement Work towards process opportunities for improving operations with suggest solutions to improve process
  • Advice and Guidance Provide excellent and efficient support to PMMs and LTM via email, chat and video conferencing. Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures
  • Follow all relevant procedures while ensuring that PMMs buy best-in-class services, products and innovation Follow policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to contribute to organizational and departmental change initiatives, programs and projects considering best practice and standards in the business environment Customer Service Demonstrate best in class service standards to deliver the client's required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions


  • 2-6 years of experience in a marketing operations, deal desk, contracts management, in an environment processing complex buying or selling orders, customer service and document processing environment.

  • Organized, detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to foster communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks and workload.
  • The ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision
  • Able to work with tight deadlines is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and open communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Candidate must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration and proactiveness
