Supply Chain Analytic Specialist

job summary:




  • Design and implement industry prediction models focused on product mix improvement and coverage to make industry recommendations based on market intelligence and statistical models.
  • Develop retail, wholesale, company and dealer inventory plans and production requirements for assigned plants/vendors by model and planning to region market share and financial targets.
  • Manage all aspects of dealer order life cycle: manufacturing production allocation, meeting required delivery dates, order priorities within industrial constraints, order configuration changes, drive resolution of credit issues, etc.
  • Lead the S&OP plan and prioritization for assigned product lines.
  • Create order cycle forecast KPIs and dashboards in various levels (operational, tactical and executive) to proactively identify and fix misalignments with plan.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Manufacturing to ensure proper alignment with brand strategy.












Required Qualifications







The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain and information systems, including forecasting models, data mining, analytics, and operations optimization with demonstrated experience in "R" and Python, including development, use of forecasting and prediction models.
The ideal candidate will have:

  • MBA/Master's degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Proven knowledge with Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel Solver and VBA.
  • Proficiency with SAP revenue cycle.
  • Change management, customer advocacy, and enablement is at the forefront of your strategy and delivery.
  • Self-starter with a problem-solver mindset and proven track record performing well in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities; ability to be flexible and resilient.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop customer and market insights.
  • Proven experience effectively delivering impactful projects in fast-moving environment with ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Previous experience on Qlik Sense a big plus.
