job summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to join one of our top Financial/Accounting Clients!

  • Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people.
  • The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm-wide vales and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm-wide success in the marketplace.
Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Support the lines/IFS and the technology in place which supports the full life cycle process for Third Party Labor across the US firm.
  • 1-2 years experience in the broad understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and the ability to work with suppliers, and stakeholders to leverage knowledge into actionable tasks.
  • Specific technical expertise in sourcing and recruiting process, sourcing and recruiting systems, a high level of customer focus as it relates to building a distinctive experience and performing issue management.
  • Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Resource will be performing a variety of duties for Onboarding/Compliance.
  • Attention to detail, organized, ability to ramp up quickly, excel experience desired
  • VMS experience is a plus
